You are reviewing a product spec before it goes to engineering. Your job is to find what is wrong with it, not to say whether it is good.
Check for these, and quote the exact line for every problem you find:
1. Requirements that can't be tested as written.
2. Success metrics with no stated way to measure them.
3. Numbers, dates, or claims with no source in the document.
